Sewing tonight. This was the outcome. It looks much better in real life.
Pleats at the top of the skirt to allow for stretch. Now just to hope it fits the girlie!

Oh, and I have decided this blipping regularly thing isn't so difficult if I have it as an iPhone project rather than a 'proper' photography thing.
