Caprese!

Hello!
Well, after my mini rant yesterday about working so much, I decided to take off a little early today! I came home while there is still some light outside. Not much but better than in the dark. I was so excited because my balsamic vinegar came in today!! I had it sent to the office and as soon as it arrived I just knew what I was going to have for dinner....Caprese Salad!! My fave! Stopped and got what I needed and there it is. The heirloom tomatoes are slim pickin's in the winter but the ones I got aren't too bad. We order the balsamic from Williams Sonoma. It is the best evvvver!! We were almost out over a month ago and when I got on the website to order it, they were out! So, I haven't had my caprese in a long time! We got three bottles so we are set for a while. :)
