Tang Hu Lu

I have blipped a few of these sellers before. Some have a stand where they make and sell there wares, others make them at home and bring them along to a stand, still others sell factory made ones in larger markets or some supermarkets and some, like this fellow, make them at home and peddle around on their bikes and sell them to passersby.

They are very popular. It's fruit on a stick with toffee on the outside.
