Peterborough

Second stop on the way back from Norfolk. First stop was Norwich (where B took the kids for a nice walk along the river) and now Peterborough. Well, no nice river here, just a few walkways leading to the Cathedral and town centre but just not enough time between trains to go as far as the Cathedral. I made it to this former bike shop, then back and half a venture into the shopping mall (which made me run away quickly) but the kids had their walk and the last bit of the journey could be faced.

On the train to Edinburgh no reservations (the train had been changed just before leaving Kings Cross) so we had to make do with what seats there were. Luckily the other passengers were quite understanding and gave us some space.

And biggest success ever, A was not sick, not once, not even in the taxi!
