Flattened
A bleak, dreary, damp and misty day. I walked the boundaries of the reserve checking the stockproof fencing. The reserve surrounds the village football pitches which were being rolled ahead of the weekend's fixtures. Next to the football pitches are the stoolball and cricket square. The cricket club is one of the oldest in the country and was founded in 1758. If it wasn't so misty you would see the wonderful back drop of the South Downs.
