The sensible choice

Was bought and we are now the proud owners of an electronic keyboard at the casa. And we are not spending the evening debating whether to lose the table or the sofa to fit in a baby grand. The keyboard has found a perfect bit of wall to stand against and looks very lovely and had already been well used.

Busy day of packing up in the mountains and heading down to find a music shop and lunch on the beach before making it to the casa to find, amongst other things, broken water pipes to fix. Carl turned himself into the very picture of handiness and a temporary fix is now in place. Tomorrow will now include a trip to a ferreteria for piping.

Foolishly logged in to emails earlier and read a work related one which has knocked me a bit. Will no doubt all turn out fine so musn't let it dampen the end of this very lovely holiday.

So to that end I'm off to finish watching High Society with my lovely family.
