Renault drivers...

This car was "parked" outside my flat today. I was stuck for ages waiting to get past it. One of the busiest roads in Dundee at rush hour.

As for the title, I'm also a Renault driver so I can say it. I can also park unlike this idiot.

Another thing about driving in Dundee - I can only assume you don't need to know how to indicate to pass your test here either. Or know that round abouts are actually round. You don't just cut straight through them.
