Brand new

and cost about £25... well not quite... long story attached to it which I'll spare you the details... lets just say it was an order that got mixed up, I thought I'd paid for the whole lot but hadn't... didn't end up with one piece I don't think in the end and these went rusty before I even got them... hoorah!
