'Something went twang.....'

Got home after a very long day to find husband limping around the house. He'd gone for a gentle run and had only done about a mile when 'something went twang...'. He had to limp back home. His calf has done this before and he has recovered OK....let's hope that it improves in time for the half marathon coming up in April.

Seem to be adding lots of things to the diary at the moment - Big Bang at the NEC in March, a science event at a local school and then a trip to Dublin - and all before Easter.
