Rich's Rite of Passage

This evening, we joined the celebrations for family friend Rich's 18th birthday at ''The Vine Leaf ' in St Andrews. Here is a photograph of his father testing a present he was given for his own birthday which follows in a few days time.

There was initial confusion when four of us arrived, only to learn that two were expected. Oops. To avoid embarrassment L and L promptly disappeared in the direction of one of Lucie's haunts from the 'good old (school) days'. They returned later for a cup of coffee and cake.
