Bike Lockers

Another local cutting edge Bicycle Friendly Installation is this group of bicycle lockers. They are located at a bus stop in Oro Valley . There is ample parking for cars and these six lockers for bikes. People can securely park their bikes out of the weather, using their own padlocks. The lot includes 20 solar powered light poles. The bus stop has a shelter for sun protection and regular bus routes connect to downtown Tucson 25 miles away.

Up late last night generating a demo web site for our Bike Club. It is temporarily located here. Your comments are invited while still in a demo mode and before we go live at our permanent web site. This was a very fast project using iWeb as compared to learning the intricacies of Dreamweaver and CSS. However that will be an interesting self education project.
