Boat Electrics

I finally got around to finishing off the re-wiring of my boat. The navigation lights keep blowing fuses when I turn them on but I am reasonably sure why. It is an uncomfortable job in hot weather. That is probably why I have such an unimpressed expression on my face. Poking my head into the hull of a boat, bum in the air, trying to do fiddly tasks, in hot weather, isn't my idea of fun. It needed to be finished though. I started it a few weeks ago and Jo wants the car parking space on the driveway back, so I need to finish. What started out as a simple fuel line replacement has blossomed into some serious maintenance. Mind you, the boat sees a lot of salt water. It needed it.

I am about to retire to the BBQ to cook a steak and some chicken for dinner. That and some red shiraz bubbly. Nice way to end the daylight hours.
