Catch me if you can

A cracking early morning walk along the riverbank in the crisp, cold and sunny weather. There were herons and a cormorant - and I got dozens of blurred photos of both. I also bumped into Aman and Kung Fu Kev and caught up with them.

And the whippet was happy as she found a few dogs mad enough to chase her.

Came home and danced around the kitchen with Joe to the smooth sounds of "Can't smile without you" by Barry Manilow - you have to be a real man to carry that off you know.

Now it's time for lunch and then Ruby has to be dropped off at a party before we head out to see Mrs Smith's mum for a while.

There may be a visit to the Tyneside Tavern later and perhaps a film to round off the day nicely.
