Time to turn and run

I took my son to Warhammer World in Nottingham yesterday - he is obsessed by the hobby at the moment. Not my cup of tea, but each to his own.

While he was playing in the Gaming Hall I had time to practice a bit of photography in the Miniatures Hall. Each of these figures stands about 3 or 4 inches tall and is hand-painted by a hobbyist. The imagination used and attention to detail is just amazing.
