Dear Heart,
Socialising with my house is exhausting, and nowadays I struggle to do it without someone from the outside world present. It helps, conversation-wise, to have someone to bounce off. Today Emma turned 20, a grand occasion, and we celebrated quietly in preparation for tomorrow night (out on the town). We ordered pizza and watched the first Harry Potter film, Siân and I desperately trying to liven up the atmosphere. We, at least, had fun!
