Foam roller...

Many of you dear blippers who sub to my journal will have been bored to tears about me raving about my foam roller.

Well I'm about to go on about it a little more.

It's great! And I had a very satisfyingly painful, but muscle relieving session on it this morning. So good in fact that I might punish treat myself to another go tonight, in readiness for a gentle brutal gym session tomoz... ;)
