Garden Path

An early lunch with my Mum and Auntie today.

It was noticeably cooler heading up to the National Gallery, and apart from a brief 5 minutes where the sky went dark and it hailed, it was sunny and clear.

I took this shot of Princes Street Gardens (with the rocket like Scott Monument hidden away behind the trees ;) ) in colour but converted it when I got home - maybe a shame to swap the colour for monochrome, but I think it just looks much more dramatic.
