Seafaring friends

I am fascinated by these miniature ceramic animals.

I imagine Flipper swimming over to see what is the matter, then heading off for help from Ranger Rick or somebody.

Maybe Skip an Bud will pull up in their boat and offer assistance.

The Penguin tries to call for help to no avail.
