Went to see a house today

This was the best part ,I would not let you see inside eugh !!!!
The family who are selling it are totally unrealistic about the price they are looking for. If they drop the asking price by the 20K it would need to renovate it I would jump at it.
So disappointed both of us cos it was a perfect location.
Just need to be patient as its a buyers market.
