Oh to walk!

Got up quite early this morning to 'go for a walk' - look at me 'walking' now such a pleasure after the frustration of the sumo ankle!

Mum and I headed off in the cool of the morning to the National Park but I got all excitied and headed up these sort of slopes...if only my physio could see me now. My goal when I saw her last was to walk to the shop on the corner (in TP massive) and back. I think this counts as me doing my exercises homework.

Anyhow - went into the National Park route by the river here for about an hour but paid for it on the way back. At the bottom we both sat and put our feet in the ice cold mountain river....as my mum said the water was so cold it could kill you if you fell in it!

So you see I even managed to squeeze in an ice dip for the ankle before heading home....have I mentioned how much I love it here?!?

Said adios to the mothership and had an 'interesting' drive back from Almeria.
