I've spent the evening making light shades and the verdict is that I love them. I saw the idea in a book review last week, I think the book is 'Homespun Style' or homespun home...homespun something! So I got the light shades (£1.75 each - bargain) and made tissue paper flowers (£1 for the tissue paper), stuck them on ribbon and voilà - two lovely light shades for a grand total of £4.50. Beautiful, handmade and unique, love it!
