Its a.......

......baby. We went for a private gender scan at 16 weeks and found out the sex but at the moment we aren't making it public knowledge just close friends and family know. We had some very negative and hurtful comments made by someone we thought loved us at the start of this pregnancy so I want to protect my pickle as much as I can. Once we have our 20 week scan and know that pickle is healthy only then we will announce the sex and shout it from the rooftops.

The main thing is pickle was happy and healthy at the scan. As you can see pickle found my placenta rather tasty and kept trying to eat it (hence his/her mouth wide open on this pic) x
