EB SF Bay Bridge

The eastbound (EB) route of the SF Bay Bridge is generally jammed packed with cars. This weekend the upper deck is getting work down and closed so it makes sense traffic is light going the opposite direction. Why? Cos the route back into the City is either 45 miles or 40 miles. It was treat and incredible rarity to see this little traffic.
