I love parsnips
Dug up the remains of my parsnips and roasted off to make a puree to go with a lamb shanks dinner I cooked for my sister in law and her husband.
Too busy preparing and cooking to photograph anything more interesting.
Bought too much antipasti starters....will be eating it for the rest of the week I think.
