Juicing wheatgrass

Manual juicer for wheatgrass.

The tray that I've grown will produce approx. a weeks worth of juice. I take an egg-cup full each day as a single shot. Sometimes I'll add it to a green smoothie.

I tend to juice in three batches so the uncut grass continues to grow in-between. You could juice the whole tray in one go, freezing what you're not immediately goiing to drink. But I personally find juicing that amount a bit tedious.

Wheatgrass is sweet to my taste, strong and ever so slightly liquourice - however, a little goes a long way.
