Two Cows

Today was the Sussex Beacon Half marathon in Brighton.

Months of treating my body like a temple, eating only the best food, exercising regularly and staying away from the demon drink would have resulted in a PB. However none of the former apply so I came in behind two cows. Ho hum:)
