The Cockpit .......

..... was cold bracing today!

We decided to head out this afternoon for a long walk with the dogs and headed over to Askham Fell - little did we know that half of Cumbria had the same idea :-)

We headed off the beaten track to escape and eventually ended up at The Cockpit, a bronze age stone circle, which used to be a regular butty stop in my mountain biking days but K had never visited.

Took a few shots, decided this was the best and then went and ruined by converting to b&w and playing around with it ....... but I like it :-)
