Here we go again.....

Have been inspired by various people and expanding waistline to start running again- have signed up for speed of light on arthurs seat in august which looks like it will b a great experience! However need to train and today Was my first time out in about 2 years. Bit of a shock but I know I can do this. May need new shoes though.....
