Not good news

Not him! He is good news. Our dear friend who came all the way form Germany for 2 weeks to help us in renovation. A helper that does not need latter to rip down the ceiling.??

Today while ripping down the toilet and kitchen ceiling we found out spot that used to be wet a spot. The trail led to upstairs toilet and from there next to the ventilation pipe and from there to the out take of the pipe. Luckily when old owners had renewed the roof last year thus at the same time they had fixed the leaking hole, so there was no new water coming down.??Still this means that we need to open part of the upstairs ceiling to fix the damage.
