A terrible photo

But I quite like it.
I think its the figure in the middle that draws me.

I don't know who they are.

If I were to be 'arty' I would say the background was representative of the slide into failure of the British 'High Street'.

I have other photos taken around the same moment that are sharp and much better. But I still like this one best.
