Another Sunday bake off

After making the cakes at Christmas I am really getting into this baking lark.
Last weekend I made a birthday cake for a family friend and this weekend I have made a carrott cake and some oaty muffins for mum's (@danksound)birthday this Thursday.
I made them early as I knew I would not have time in the week to do it and then Lent starts on Wednesday so in the event of losing some weight I have decided that I will try and abstain from all things sweet and fattening until Easter when I visit the rellies up norf!
