Afternoon out..

Went to Bourton on the Water in the Cotswolds today, to meet up with our good friends Rosie and Si - and Wooly came too. We were lucky as the weather was really good, bit cold but nice and sunny.

I've never been to Bourton before, it reminded me a bit of Broadway, another nearby Cotswolds town which gets lots of tourists visiting. Lots of ducks in the river which runs through the centre of town, but Si had his big fancy camera with a 2 foot lens with him and took a few duck photos so I didn't want to try and compete with my iphone camera ;o) Took a few photos of some of the buildings, as well as some beautiful snowdrops, but I've picked this photo of a quaint little building which according to the sign on the door, is a solicitor's office.

We spent a good few hours in the Kingsbridge Inn - having a lot of laughs, mainly about wedding fancy dress themes! I've vetoed everything so far and had to sack Si as our wedding planning consultant!

The time always goes too quickly when you are having fun with friends.
