This picture is taken in the main square in San Miguel (elevation 6400 feet therefore 'high') on the Sunday before Ash Wednesday during Carnivale time. The kids run around with blown out eggshells full of glitter and confetti and throw them at anyone and everyone! They are also very HIGH!!
