Snow!

After a lovely leisurely blueberry pancake breakfast, we though we should get out for a walk with the dogs while the sun was still shining... between having that thought and actually *getting out* a blizzard had started.

Undaunted we set off for the woods. After a slightly colder and snowier walk than expected, we slithered back to the cottage, and I decided that we'd better make tracks south while there was still daylight.

Roads turned out to be fine once we were south of Aviemore, so we could have left it till later, but the dogs had at least had a good play in the snow. LMB was less convinced.
