I have lost count of the number of times I have been stung by wasps in the vicinity of my Bougainvillaea. A closer inspection while gardening has revealed the reason why.

I love Bougainvillaea, it reminds me of growing up out West. My mother also loves them but is disappointed that she cannot get them to grow on the Island.
