Fingers Crossed !

We accepted an offer on our house at the weekend,from a first time buyer.we only put it on the market a couple of weeks ago and really didn't expect much interest straight away.So spent all weekend trying to find a house ,easier said then done ,i have lived in this house for 20 yrs so have forgotten what house hunting was like. So far i like the house of one with the garden of another! I have discovered that new houses were not built with someone who likes gardening in mind(i'm the gardener my husband isn't bothered) the smaller the better as far as he is concerned! Yet again watch this space !!
