Snowdrop Weekend

Mrs Wild fancied a snowdrop fest this weekend to cheer her up. Sped down the motorway to Rode Hall near Kidsgrove. They have some specialist snowdrops much coverted by Galanthophiles. This is quite a novel way to view snowdrops. We went becuase of the wonderful display and tea and cake in the local church. Had a gigg in the evening showing some of my macro wildflower, butterfly and dragonfly shots to a widows group. Went down fairly well and came away with £35 plus a promise of another spot in the future.
