I read the wonderful autobiography of Roald Dahl (Boy Tales of Childhood). It is delightfully written and conveys in such detail a wonderful period of history. I started to read his follow-up called Going Solo, which is the story of his time in Africa and WWII. Son S has a project on Roald Dahl and the 2 of us enjoyed the research. I bought him a collection of Roald Dahl books for his birthday and he has started to read them.

We spent most of today relaxing and ended our weekend with a braai for supper.
