Blistered Paint

Arrived in Lanzarote after an uneventful flight but having set out from home at 2.30am we were just about fit for a long sleep. Staying in Tabeyescu, a tiny village in the north as far away from the tourist mecca as possible. This rather ancient window shutter is on the building opposite where we are staying. It gives a false impression of the village as it's on just about the oldest most decrepid building for miles around.
