I'M READY TO KILL SOMETHING...

Stressed out with Virgin bloody Media. Decided to move from TalkTalk to them as it seemed cheep (free broadband too), and was meant to get the equipment deliverd on Mon 4th Aug...

NOTHING CAME...

Eventually got through to them after 4 hours and they appologised and said I'd have it by 7th Aug...

WOOHOO IT ARRIVED...

BUT...

INTERNET OK...

BUT V SET TOP BOX NOT WORKING...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...

After 3 hours of beigh passed from pillar to post, cut off and listening to the same 3 bloody songs, it was arranged to get a new box delivered on Mon passed...

NOTHING CAME...

Getting well p****d off by now...

Called them and the same passed from 1 dept to another and they said it should be here on 11th and they'd try trace the order and get back to me later that night...

NO ONE CALLED...

Called them about 9 ranting down the phone (as you do) and was told it had been manually ordered (err doh?!) and they were having problems tracing the order but it should be with me by by tomorrow (12th)...

GETS A CALL AT 11.30AM SAYING IT NOT ON THE DELIVERY LIST BUT IT WILL DEFFO BE DELIVERED TOMORROW!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Sooo......

I called them at 12 to see if it was on the bloody delivery van... They said YES and it will deffinately be with me at some point before 6.30 tonight...

Nearly 2pm...

Still waiting...

Stressed out and wanting to go back to Talktalk or Sky...

Ever seen a 41 yr old woman have a screaming tantrum, rolling around on the floor?...

Oh yeh, flowers from a bunch I was given by someone just held up against the sky and photoshopped to death ;)



5.50pm and THE V SET TOP BOX CAME AT LAST! All set up and seems to be working - just to call in and have it switched on now...
