River Ravi

This is the current flowing river ravi. Which use to run just outside the Lahore but now Lahore has expanded and Ravi is also included in Lahore. The water in river Ravi is less because there is less rain and India has blocked our rivers by buildings dams on it.
In my childhood when we use to come to Lahore for a visit, we used to ask our when will we reach Lahore. They used to tell us you have to count the rivers and the cities after which we will reach Lahore. They use to tell us that when bypass river Ravi we will reach Lahore.
When motorway wasn't built we use to go from Great Trunk road known as G.T road. Before leaving Lahore we use to see historical places on our way. Now there is heavy traffic so we started to use Motorway.
