Raw Milk Day

I stopped over at Wayward Goose Farm today to get my 4 gallons of milk. It does not go very far. The first batch of cottage cheese is setting. I go through 2 pounds of cottage cheese a week just for the dogs and at least a pound for me. The rest of the milk will be used for cream (iced cream and cream for my coffee) and the skimmed milk possibly I will have time to make that into mozzarella cheese. The cottage cheese by the way is really really yummy!
