I am a wraith....

.... a sick pathetic remnant
of my former (monday) vigorous self.

A dead leaf blowing in the wind.
A flickering faded damaged old movie reel
lost in the attic.

I've had influenza.

But I'm struggling back,
though I can't imagine it will be
to the magnificent creature I was before....
