Jars, beans and daffodil stems

I'd normally expect to be paying attention to the daffodil flowers rather than the stems, but even before a morning coffee had activated the full set of higher brain functions this set of objects merited getting my camera out. Just as well given it has been another day of unbroken grey skies and murky light - I'm really looking forward to sunnier days.
