Strange things seen at work #14

This caught my eye this evening as I was walking to my car after work. I have no idea why there would be a football in the carpark. It's a long way from any sports fields, and at least 50m from any green space where one might kick a football. Still, I guess it was half term last week so normal rules don't apply. Though I don't remember seeking it there this morning.
