Dead As A

Well, a dead sunflower. Or a whole bunch of them in this case. I found these last summer although they were alive then. Needless to say, the gorgeous sunflowers were blipped once or twice :)

Quite a busy day. I spent the morning baking & doing laundry, then this afternoon I dragged Mr FS into town as until last night I had completely forgotten that Arwen starts swimming lessons with the school on Thursday and her swimming costume from last year was a little, well lets say snug. What is it with kids and this growing lark? Is it because we feed them?!! Pfft! Anyway, I found one that is mainly black as ordered and then popped to Asda to pick up a few more bits for this baking thing I'm into at the moment. Then it was a quick visit to the library for a fresh injection of books all about malice, murder & mayhem before picking Arwen up from school. Now, I am off to battle with the frying pan to make pancakes. Lots and lots and lots of pancakes. I may even get to have one myself. Eventually.
