Sorry no Desert Island Disc Challenge pic today, an over ripe coconut has given me a malaise which only copious amounts of pancakes can cure.

So you get another self portrait today which shows a softer, gentler version of myself.

My father is still on the war-path because some one stole his towel, or was it his watch?

or maybe both!!
