Woody's back!!!

Quiet day working at home today as I have a cold and drving whilst dizzy and on nightnurse (other remedies are available) seemed unwise. Resigned myself to a blip of an empty tissue box when I looked out of the kitchen window to see our resident woodpecker back in residence......well - it was a woodpecker...... ;o)

We've had a couple in the garden the past - the younger one was quite brave and came near the house. Trouble was, we had an ant problem and I think when we sorted that out, our garden was not the 'all you can eat' buffet it once was. Lovely to see him back again - hopefully he'll bring his ladyfriend back and we'll have baby woodpeckers.
