Yea, But Can She Dance?
Today I got home from work to discover that the next year's worth of
PICKLED HOT PEPPER RINGS
had already been canned. These are great! They have a sweet/crunchy/slightly hot flavor and consistancy that makes my mouth water just trying to describe. They're great on pizza or sandwiches, and add a nice little punch to salsa dips. Once the jar holds no more peppers; the juice left behind makes an excellent salad dressing. Wonderful!! I almost can't wait till it's time to have some.
She also finished a couple of jars of her homade salsa and they share the glory on the counter. Anyone who wants the recipie need only ask.
PS I'm here to tell ya--She can really shake em down.
