Shichimi Spiced Beef Soba

Normally this is made with duck and ramen but we appear to have run out of duck and ramen so I improvised with a beef sirloin and some soba noodles. Still very tasty despite the beef being a touch overdone.

After that things got a bit messy, Jen being off tomorrow and all. Lots of records were played and there was quite a large Cypress Hill interlude.
